Exam Questions is an online study and exam-preparation platform designed to help students prepare for Cambridge International A Level examinations.

The Service may provide access to features including:

All third-party names, trademarks, examination-board names, subject names, and related materials belong to their respective owners.

You may use Exam Questions only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms in your country or jurisdiction.

• Use AI-generated material to facilitate cheating, academic misconduct, or other activity prohibited by your school, institution, or examination rules.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that an account or activity violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or may harm the Service or other users.

Exam Questions uses AI-powered technology to support learning and exam preparation.

Depending on the feature you use, AI may generate:

• Practice questions
• Suggested answers
• Explanations
• Marking or feedback
• Revision assistance
• Topic-based practice material
• Other educational responses

AI-generated content is provided as a study aid and should not be treated as an official examination-board question, mark scheme, syllabus document, examiner report, or guaranteed prediction of a future examination.

AI systems can make mistakes. Questions, answers, explanations, calculations, marking feedback, and other generated material may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular examination context.

You should verify important information against appropriate official syllabus documents, examination-board materials, teacher guidance, or other reliable educational sources.

Exam Questions does not guarantee that using the Service will result in a particular examination grade, score, admission outcome, or academic result.

Exam Questions may generate questions based on subject, topic, exam-style patterns, and other available learning information.

However, the Service does not guarantee that an AI-generated question will appear in an actual future examination.

We do not claim that Exam Questions can know or predict the exact questions that will appear on a future examination.

Any suggestion that a question is “likely,” “similar,” or “exam-style” should be understood as study guidance rather than a prediction or representation of an actual future examination paper.

Exam Questions is intended to support learning, revision, understanding, and independent preparation.

You remain responsible for following the academic-integrity rules of your school, college, university, tutor, examination board, or other educational institution.

You should not present AI-generated work as your own where doing so would breach applicable academic rules.

You should also follow any examination-board restrictions relating to the use of artificial intelligence, calculators, reference material, or other tools during examinations and assessed work.

Some parts of Exam Questions allow you to upload or submit content, such as:

• Questions
• Answers
• Study notes
• Textbook material
• Past-paper material
• Documents
• Messages
• Other educational content

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

Before uploading content, you must have the necessary rights or permission to use and process that content through the Service.

You must not upload confidential, private, copyrighted, or otherwise protected material unless you are legally permitted to do so.

You retain your rights in content that you submit to Exam Questions, subject to the rights of third parties whose material you may upload.

By submitting content to the Service, you give Exam Questions a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, transmit, reproduce, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and provide the features you request.

This may include processing submitted content through third-party technology providers that help us operate AI, hosting, authentication, storage, or other Service functions.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Exam Questions.

We do not use this clause to claim ownership of your original study answers, messages, or other content that you submit.

Exam Questions may provide links, references, or access to materials originating from third parties, including examination boards, publishers, educational websites, and technology providers.

Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

Exam Questions does not claim ownership of third-party textbooks, past papers, examination materials, trademarks, logos, or other protected content unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for using third-party material in accordance with applicable copyright laws, licenses, and terms.

The Exam Questions website, software, interface, branding, design, original text, graphics, features, and other materials created by or for Exam Questions are owned by or licensed to Exam Questions unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of Exam Questions' intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Exam Questions' proprietary materials without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.

If you believe that content made available through Exam Questions infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us through our Contact page with sufficient information for us to understand the concern.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exam Questions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This may include losses arising from reliance on AI-generated questions, answers, explanations, marking, study recommendations, or other generated material.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for certain types of loss, injury, fraud, or other protected rights.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

You may stop using Exam Questions at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The account is being used unlawfully.
• The account creates a security or operational risk.
• The Service is being abused.
• Continued access could harm Exam Questions or other users.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking action.

Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after termination where their nature requires them to do so, including provisions concerning intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related matters.
